Simon Ward began with a small Office
Furniture shop in Mansfield during the late 90’s. The business was initially
aimed at the domestic market selling computer chairs directly to the public. Before
long, Simon had developed a reputation for selling top quality products at trade
prices, and it soon followed that local businesses, Offices, Schools, Hotels &
Local Authorities etc. began making enquiries and placing their own orders.
Selling ‘like for like’ with both the main UK Office supply outlets and, the smaller
but still more established Office
Furniture Supply Stores, Simon maintained the policy of providing a first
class service at a very low mark up price. Peter Shore was introduced into the
business in 2003 to promote the then new internet side of the business. The objective
was to create awareness of our service across the UK offering the same discounted
lines by mail order. The success has been surpassingly encouraging. We now have
satisfied customers from the South coast of England to the far north of Scotland
and Northern Ireland too. We generally deliver paid for orders within 24/48 working
hours of the order being placed, at no extra cost, using a comprehensive fast
track dispatch system. At our current limits, we can dispatch unlimited volumes
to 200 separate addresses daily.
